The manual applies to both versions of the app as they are currently identical. Differences will emerge once we introduce new features to the subscription version.
Regarding facial recognition, it’s a required step for the automatic quality scoring feature. You can disable facial recognition by turning off this feature in the app’s settings.
If the sync button is unresponsive, it indicates something has gone wrong. Have you tried restarting the app? This often resolves such issues.
An upcoming update that’ll be published in the next days will address some of the causes behind synchronization logic to break. It will also enable the duplicates feature if the sync error occurred after duplicates were calculated.
We’re actively investigating the error reports submitted through our support channels and the app's error reporting feature. If you have enabled error reporting, you can find your support ID on the “About” page. Sharing this ID will help us match your reports with your message and expedite the resolution.
