Hi,
You can find the online help here:
https://support.ashampoo.com/hc/en-us/articles/20037931096594-Photo-Organizer-Pro-Manual
It's currently a work in progress and not complete. We will link to it from the app once it’s finished.
For now, I recommend watching the explanation video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pqpRT_nvZg
"Culling" is the technical term used among photographers for the process of initially reviewing and sorting out unwanted photos.
When you use the Culling feature, the accepted photos (that you want to keep) will get a "picked" flag written to their metadata, and the ones you don’t want to keep (using the trash bin icon) will get a "rejected" rating written to their metadata. These flags are compatible with many tools like ACDSee, so you don’t need to repeat this work.
Ashampoo Photo Organizer asks you to decide upon keeping or deleting all new images that don’t have any of these flags.
How would you name the menu entry?
Kind regards,
Stefan
@stefan Hello Stefan:
Thank you.
I predict - THIS PROGRAM WILL GO TO NUMBER 1.
A few tweaks, and it will really fly when the word gets out.
Have a nice day.
