We have completely redesigned the progress display. The previous progress bar at the top has been replaced with a new, detailed display in the bottom right corner. This expandable view shows the individual steps of the synchronization process, their partial progress, and the duration of the most recently completed step.

Additionally, we have optimized thumbnail generation specifically for Windows. With a new method, thumbnails are now created four times faster while using less memory.

These improvements aim to address the issues you reported, especially with large photo collections.
